01 — SITE
Land and survey
We walk the plot, check access, soil and sun, and tell you honestly what it will cost to build there.
02 — DESIGN
Drawings you own
Plans, sections and a material palette, revised with you until the layout is right. No template floor plans.
03 — BUILD
Our own crews
Timber frame raised in weeks, envelope sealed and tested, trades scheduled against a fixed-price contract.
04 — KEYS
Handover and warranty
Blower-door results, an as-built set of drawings and a ten-year structural warranty in your hands.

We build eleven to fourteen houses a year on purpose: enough to keep our carpenters busy year-round, few enough that the person who quoted your house is still on site the week it is finished.

Consultations run about an hour, on site where possible. You leave with a build-cost range for your plot and a realistic schedule — no obligation to sign anything.
